We recommend placing an order or speaking to a member of our team before uploading any files to us. If you haven't done so already, please include a message to help us understand your files.
All of the products on our website exclude exclude design (unless selected as an additional option). Customers are required to upload their design to required specifications (details below). We are happy to give guidance to customers regarding artwork and design requirements. Please feel free to email, telephone, or call in to our shop to sit and discuss your requirements. If you have designed your items, but they require small alterations, or finalising to make them 'print-ready', we are able to make whatever alterations you require, with a small additional charge. Please note that artwork alterations may increase production time of your printed items. If you would like to send your files for checking, or alteration, please either email them to us, or view our Contact Us page, where you can send large files directly to us (at the bottom of the page).
We offer a fantastic graphic design service, including logo design and complete branding options. We will request a deign brief from you, including any text you require, which can be supplied in a Word file, digital copies of your logo and graphics, if you have them. Our designer will contact you to discuss your requirements, or you can call in to our shop (if you are local) to discuss your requirements.
Print productions times specified with your order would start once we have completed your artwork and received signed approval for your artwork. Final accuracy of the approved design, proofed by the customer will be their responsibility, Printshine will accept no responsibility for errors approved at the proofing stage.
For your artwork to be produced accurately, please ensure that you follow the requirements below. For more detailed instructions, please contact us.
If we find any issues with your artwork we will contact you and try our best to give adice, or correct the issues.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for issues contained in the supplied artwork itself such as spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, RGB colour mode, overprint, resolution, missing fonts and missing images. To avoid these issues, please ensure your artwork adheres to our requirements.
Artwork not supplied to our requirements will likely render an unsatisfactory result or delay your order. If you unsure about the artwork you have, please check with us beforehand to ensure there are no complications with your order.
If artwork cannot be used to produce what has been ordered, we will advise you of this and request how you would like to proceed.
If an artwork size is different to the ordered size, the ordered size always takes precedence. This is due to the fact that artworks from our customers are supplied in a variety of scales.
With subjective issues of quality such as image resolution, we will sometimes advise you if the quality is extremely low, though again, we cannot be held responsible if the artwork is supplied in such a manner and isn't suitable for your needs.
