    Completed orders can be collected from Creoprint in Watford or packed for delivery to addresses across the UK. Online orders of £100 or more excluding VAT qualify for free standard UK mainland delivery, automatically applied in your basket.
    For specialist delivery requirements, contact us before ordering so we can confirm suitable packaging, destination and timings. Dedicated same-day couriers, multi-address deliveries and pallet consignments are quoted separately.

    DELIVERY OPTIONS

    From urgent same-day couriers
    to larger consignments.

    Same-day courier delivery
    A dedicated same-day courier may be available for urgent orders where production time, destination and courier availability allow. This optional service is charged in addition to printing and must be agreed before ordering.
    Standard courier delivery
    Suitable packaged orders dispatched through an appropriate courier service for delivery across the UK.
    Multi-box consignments
    Larger orders separated into several cartons and prepared together as one coordinated consignment.
    Multi-address delivery
    A completed order divided into agreed quantities and labelled for delivery to different branches, offices, venues or sites.
    Pallet delivery
    Heavy or high-volume orders secured for palletised collection and delivery where this is the safer practical option.
  1. PRODUCTION & TRANSIT TIMES

    Printing time and delivery time
    are not the same thing.

    Every delivery date depends on both the time needed to manufacture the order and the time required for it to travel. Finishing, packing, destination and the selected delivery service can all affect the overall schedule.
    PRODUCTION TIME
    Making the order
    Begins once the specification, artwork and any required proof have been approved. Different products and finishes require different production times.
    TRANSIT TIME
    Moving the order
    Starts after production and packing are complete. Courier and pallet transit operates separately from Creoprint’s manufacturing schedule.
    SAFEST OPTION
    Collect urgent work
    Where an order must be available by an immovable deadline, confirmed collection from Watford removes the additional risk of courier transit.

    How will I know when my order is ready to collect?

    Our team will confirm when production is complete and your order is ready. Please wait for that confirmation before travelling to collect.

    Do you offer free delivery?

    Yes. Online orders of £100 or more excluding VAT qualify for free standard UK mainland delivery. The qualifying spend is the value of your products before VAT and delivery charges. The discount is applied automatically in your basket, so no code is needed.

    What if my order is below £100 or needs specialist delivery?

    For online orders below £100 excluding VAT, applicable delivery charges are shown during ordering. Dedicated same-day couriers, multi-address deliveries, pallet consignments and delivery outside the UK mainland are quoted separately. Delivery arrangements and charges for bespoke orders are confirmed as part of your quotation.

    Can one order be delivered to several addresses?

    Yes, where agreed in advance. Tell us the quantity required at each destination so the order can be divided, packed and labelled correctly. Multi-address delivery charges are confirmed separately before ordering.

    How are large or delicate printed items packed?

    Packaging is selected according to the product, dimensions, weight and delivery method. Boards, banners, documents and multi-product orders may require different cartons, tubes or protective materials.

    What should I do if a delivery appears damaged?

    Photograph the external packaging and the affected contents, retain all packaging and contact Creoprint promptly with your order details. This gives us the information needed to investigate the issue.

    Can you guarantee a courier delivery time?

    We can arrange an appropriate service and provide the expected transit schedule, but courier travel remains outside our direct control. For an immovable deadline, contact us before ordering so collection and delivery risks can be discussed.
