The EnvironmentWhat Is Carbon Capture?
Carbon Capture is a programme operated through Premier Paper in partnership with the Woodland Trust. It helps mitigate the carbon dioxide associated with the production, storage and distribution of qualifying paper purchases.
How It Works
A contribution based on participating paper purchases is passed to the Woodland Trust. This supports the creation of native woodland in the UK, where growing trees capture and store carbon over time while also providing habitats for wildlife.
CreoPrint participates in the programme as part of our commitment to making more responsible paper and production choices.Learn more from the Woodland Trust.

Carbon Capture SchemeWhat is Woodland Carbon?
Woodland Carbon a scheme to help organisations reduce their carbon footprint by locking up unavoidable carbon emissions by planting trees. We create sustainable woodlands, planting UK native trees with a unique focus on nature as the ultimate beneficiary. So while our tree planting gradually captures carbon over time, reducing the environmental impact of your business, it also benefits wildlife and society.
PAPER Paper; it might not seem like an obvious way to support woods and trees. However, with a little bit of innovative thinking, we’ve developed a range of paper that helps businesses curb their carbon emissions by planting trees. More than £1 million has been raised; that's enough to fund the planting of 443,564 trees.
How it works
More than 500 businesses have signed up to Carbon Capture, which utilises the Woodland Trust’s Woodland Carbon scheme to mitigate the CO2 emissions generated by the production, storage and distribution of paper.
This is passed on to the Trust to fund the planting of trees, which can absorb carbon that would otherwise be released into the atmosphere. 100,976 tonnes of carbon will be captured through our partnership. That’s heavier than 20 billion sheets of A4 paper!
