Which fold do I need?
The finished size describes the leaflet after folding. Choose the format that gives you the right number of panels and enough space for your content.
4pp folded A simple central fold creates four printed pages — front cover, two inside pages and back cover. Available in A4, A5, A6 and DL finished formats.
Cross folded 8pp Folded in two directions to create eight pages. Available in A4, A5 and A6 finished formats and useful when you need to organise more information.
Double parallel 8pp Two parallel folds create a compact eight-page leaflet with clearly defined panels. Available in several finished formats.
Square folded 148mm and 210mm square finished options provide a distinctive alternative to standard rectangular leaflet formats.
Choosing your paper
The paper weight changes both the feel of the finished leaflet and the way it folds. Choose a lighter stock for economical distribution or a heavier paper when you want something more substantial.
90–120gsm
Lightweight and economical for high-volume information, promotional material and distribution.
130gsm
A versatile leaflet weight available in silk and gloss finishes for everyday promotional print.
170gsm
A more substantial option available in silk, gloss and premium smooth white paper.
250gsm
A heavyweight silk or gloss option for premium folded promotional material.
A cleaner fold on heavier papers
Heavier stocks may be creased before folding. This helps the paper fold more cleanly and reduces cracking through printed areas along the fold.

Supplying folded leaflet artwork
Folded artwork needs to be positioned in the correct panel order and orientation. We recommend checking your layout carefully before supplying the final file, particularly for cross folds and multi-panel leaflets.
