WHEN TO CHOOSE HIGH-TACK
When standard permanent adhesive isn't enough.
High-tack vinyl is designed for applications where increased adhesive strength is beneficial. It can be a better choice for demanding commercial and industrial applications, equipment, machinery and some harder-to-stick surfaces.
For clean, smooth surfaces where additional adhesion isn't required, our standard Custom Vinyl Stickers will usually be the more appropriate choice.

SURFACE GUIDANCE
Stronger adhesive doesn't mean every surface.
Adhesion depends on the surface material, texture, cleanliness and condition. High-tack vinyl can improve adhesion in more demanding situations, but very rough, heavily textured, contaminated or difficult low-energy surfaces may still require a specialist material.

Sticker specification
Choosing your size
Select the width and height that completely contain your finished sticker. For example, a design approximately 72 × 48mm should be ordered using the next available dimensions that fully contain the artwork rather than choosing a smaller size. Need something larger than the online range? Contact us for a quotation.
ARTWORK
Supplying your sticker artwork
Supply print-ready artwork at the required finished size with 3mm bleed. Your stickers will be cut to shape around the supplied design. If your artwork doesn't contain a cut line, we can normally create a straightforward cut path from suitable artwork. Intricate shapes, very fine details or internal cut-outs may need to be reviewed before production.
